"The person at the front desk was curt and dismissive, with no explanations as to where our room was. However, the cleaning staff was friendly, and did a good job with what they had to work with. The carpet was pretty dirty….needs a good shampoo. The bed was comfortable,the water was hot, and the ac was cold."

"The hotel in general was very nice and clean as was the room. And there was an unexpected and nice personalized message on the TV when we walked in to the room. That's a very nice touch! Very comfortable bed and clean and beautiful bathroom."

"Bathroom sink drained so slow was disgusting. NO HOT WATER! I wash my face twice a day no hot water. Tried to take a shower in the morning NO HOT WATER! Front desk said they needed to reset the boiler??????? Will never stay here again."
