“Staff friendly. Only thing that prevented me giving a 5 star review was that the carpet hadn't been vacuum-cleaned prior to arrival. Everything else great.”

Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! “The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We……

“Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here.”
