「1. I was on the third floor, and there were no elevators. This was not disclosed in the description.
2. The carpet in the bedroom had apparently not been vacuumed, and the kitchen, although tidy, overall, it was not clean. The cloth countertop cover was filthy and I had to pre-wash any dish or silverware before using it. The refrigerator was dirty.
