“This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. “I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. ”

“The hotel has an excellent location but is really tired and dated. The hot water didn't work one day (was fixed quite quickly) and the normal pressure was just terrible in the shower. Just don't think it has had much money spent on it so feels really tired but is a beautiful old building and bet the outside space in the summar is amazing! They defaut "don't clean" for rooms so you do have to ask, which is no problem as we asked and they cleaned just doesn't feel the kind of standard you would……
