“They stolen my suits!!”

“Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great shower. AC is good too. Breakfast was very good. Staff is great. ”

“I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.”

“The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard. After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation……

“The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again.”

“The property is very dirty, from bedsheets to bathroom sinks, toilet, everything is covered in stains and corrosion. The furniture is eaten by termites, big holes in drawers. I booked it as pre-paid, but when i went there the staff had no clue about the booking, the room i booked was not ready they put me in family rooms and then 1 day later, to a tri-bed room, the condition of both rooms were same as i mentioned above. The staff on the other hand was supportive and accomodating, but the owner……

“Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. ”

“After chat contact, the property let us know we could check in after 14.00. However, arrival at the property at 17.30 gave us a big surprise. The hotel said the room is not available, we could pay extra and then have another room. This practise is unacceptable and we went to another hotel. Don't go there!”
