"This is the only hotel I stay in when I'm in Daytona. I love the south side of the pier.. Close enough walk/drive to all the restaurants and shopping but much quieter. Love that the hotel is smaller as well. Never noisy and always a sunchair available by the pool. "

"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."
