“The sink drained slowly. Probably a drain trap filled with soap and hair. Low hot water pressure.”

“Really enjoyed the peaceful setting, loved watching the roosters and chickens running around. The kitty cat that visited was a joy!Thank you!”

“Absolutely a great stay, the hosts have thought of everything, we had a great time even though the weather wasn’t perfect- everything in the house was for relaxation, comfort and fun. The game room was excellent, the coffee bar, blankets, hot tub, fire pit- all exceeded expectations. This was a great weekend to get away and we so appreciate you sharing your home, you can really tell the care you have put into making it an awesome stay”

“Absolutely perfect”

“This is a scam, it’s a bait and switch.”

“It was a lot more better than the description described it it was like a little piece in Paradise great for anyone who wants to get away and find themselves again”

“Quite and peaceful”

“We enjoyed our stay at this brand new property.Beds were comfortable and all house was very clean.”

“Definitely worth it. The house and the lake are amazing.”

“Our family of three generations enjoyed every minute at the Jackson House. The lovely house is exactly as pictured and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is abundant parking. Anything we needed was available. We had morning coffee on the porch while watching eagles soar over the fields and enjoyed a family gathering under the large trees in the back yard. The host was very pleasant and promptly replied to questions prior to check in. We hope to return in the future.”

“Nice home on the lake”

“The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again”

“Very clean property with accurate description on listing. Host provided a generous supply of essentials plus more! Comfortable stay for a couple looking to get away and relax in a quiet & peaceful wooded environment.”

“Great house, very private on a beautiful working cattle and horse ranch. Host was incredible. Staff was great, even letting our grandkids feed the horses carrots by hand. Great experience!”

“Beautiful home! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Eric was helpful and very communicative! I would stay here again for sure!”

“Place was very nice; however, the beds were not comfortable at all.”

“This is truly what a vacation rental should be. Debbie was an excellent host; communication was great, and the house has wonderful character. We spent the weekend learning about the farm, the Shakers in Kentucky (who knew), enjoying the cows walking with us from the field next to the road, and enjoying a wonderful level of privacy.”

“Peaceful paradise. What a beautiful property! The hosts left no stone unturned in this immaculate VRBO. Quiet, comfortable and clean. My husband and I spent three days prior in Tennessee looking for places to relocate. We came to explore the Barron River Lake area for the same reason. This property allowed us to relax at the end of our long days on the road. We cannot say enough about this Woodside Retreat. Look no further, we recommend you stay here. You will not be disappointed. ”
