“Lovely and interesting place to stay. We loved our room and the decor of the hotel. I definitely would recommend this one but just things to be aware of are-The air con was loud but this seems the norm for USA. The only reason we didn’t score this Hotel 10/10 was for the day staff at the counter that were reluctant to be helpful. The lovely lady on during check in and evening, was really helpful and friendly. We knew from reviews that there was no refrigerator in the rooms. I am allergic to the……

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”

“The only things that were bad about this hotel, was that there was a broken window in our hallway, and the pool was not in service, but it is only May in Buffalo, so most wouldn’t be using the outdoor pool ”

“The room was very nice… clean and very comfortable. The shampoo dispenser was empty and there was no regular coffee provided with the Coffee Machine in the room… just I decaf and one tea. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of good options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.”
