Wonderful overnight stay. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the room I was in the prior bit was better. Room 311 was still very clean but the noticeable differences included: a knob missing from the nightstand, curtains not fully closing; light from the street peeked in ( if that bothers you as I like a totally black room), television was affixed to the left so watching television was awkward. Previously I had stayed in room 609 and that was the creme de la creme! Again, these small things I have pointed out is really a comparison of the two rooms. It is about 30 minutes from the airport, breakfast has a nice variety of small bites included in your stay, staff very professional and helpful, quiet area with nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Overall I would book this hotel EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit my daughter who just moved into college out there!

The indoor/ outdoor large hot tub/ spa area was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed that very much. Our room was fine but had a broken handle on one of the drawers. The shower was well-equipped with different options, but a very complicated control, it would be nice to have directions posted near the control mechanism. The continental breakfast was not to the level of a nice hotel- seemed more like the breakfast at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Coffee was not made to order- it was in a large dispenser and had very poor flavor, and there were only cheap plastic glasses for the juices. Cereals were not healthy choices. Packaged yogurt. Not to the level of continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels of this star rating. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful!!! It’s equipped with automated everything, even down to the drapes and toilet. That said, the automation was also a bit of an annoyance. For example, the shower was automated and we couldn’t see the settings without our glasses. Further, water has to be on to change settings—which then fogged and wet up our glasses. Also, there should have been a full hot breakfast, not cold continental breakfast. No oatmeal.😞 Anyhow, I don’t want the negatives to overshadow the positives. We enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable and so was the pull out couch. The room was a nice size and had good amenities. The onsite massages were extra, of course, but were awesome! Finally, the staff was very responsive to our requests. For example, they quickly brought extra blankets, ice, and a microwave.

Clean room and mostly friendly staff, with a few exceptions. The morning continental breakfast was a bit of a letdown; it felt like it was thrown together. Oddly, we weren't even told we could order a hot breakfast until we were checking out, so we assumed the continental was all that was available based on how the morning restaurant staff presented things. This is a lovely property, though some cracks are starting to show with age. Overall, a wonderful experience. And I can't say it enough: the valets are exceptional, both in their friendliness and their helpfulness.

This hotel was fantastic. Well appointed and maintained. Great bar/restaurant area, with good food and service. Convenient walking neighborhood, with easy access to the main street train. We loved the large mineral bath/pool.
