“對面有個鐘，15分鐘敲一次。晚上很多年輕人嬉鬧，喝酒。門面很多垃圾，尤其草皮。其他內部清潔都還很不錯，公寓都是香香的味道，可能是洗衣房飄出來的味道。”

“What a great place. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was perfect. There was even a store on the floor where you could buy some drinks or groceries and leave a note with what you took to be billed later. Great security. We knew exactly what we needed to do before we left such as take out our own trash. The location was fabulous!”

“This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). Has great transport links with a bus and a tram stop outside the building. As well as a Local shop with tin the building complex, for all you Groceries. The apartment was comfortable and came fully equipped if wanted to cook your own food. It also had a Laundry room, great to refresh for clothes if you are……

“Lovely clean room, everything you would need for an apartment stay. Close to everything you would need. Very safe with multiple keyless entries to go through, and staff text multiple times throughout my stay to ask if i needed anything. Top service 10/10”

“Conveniently located short distance from Isator stop and walking distance to the town center. Very clean. Air condition would be nice for the hot summer but the fan in the room is adequate. Be aware that the front door requires a very hard yank to open after punching in the access code”

“Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was……

“距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。”
