“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”

I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine.”

“Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again.”

“We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms had great storage for our things and the beds were very clean. I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. We have traveled……

“It’s a very nice place. However, one of the bedrooms looks out on two a courtyard that you have no access to so be careful not to open the blinds because one of our guests found a man sitting there, staring into her room in the morning while she was getting dressed. Not a cool thing.”

“I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect……
