“If you like fishing at Dale Hollow Lake this a good location. Very close to the public boat ramp at sunset Marina. House is clean and beds are great.”

The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub”

“The house was perfect. The welcome card and snacks the owner left for us as we entered was a TREAT!!!!! We had a hiccup right at the start. Not the property managers fault, it was mine. I forgot to tell the owner we had a service dog coming in with a friend. The property owner was very understanding and said it was ok for the dog to stay. Did not charge a pet deposit, I offered. When I called the property manager because I could not get the grill to light they were there in just a few minutes to……

“We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice! The house is huge and set up so well. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family of 6 to stay for a week. You could have several families stay with plenty of space as there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and essentially 4 living rooms. It also had a fun nook/loft the kids loved playing in and awesome wrap around deck/porch that we really enjoyed. It has a huge fenced in yard (and gated parking). So plenty of……
