Vita Portucale | Almada Balcony

Almada Balcony:
This is an incredible flat located in Almada, 15 minutes from Lisbon. Ideal for two couples or a family to enjoy Lisbon's marvellously mild climate.

The property has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and internet. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and sample Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to bed linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

Bon emplacement. Malheureusement, appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur ce qui complique avec des valises. Aussi, en raison du manque d'isolation phonique, on entend fortement le tramway qui s'arrête tard et reprend tôt le matin. Enfin, une mauvaise odeur de canalisation empêche l'utilisation d'une des deux salles de bain et contrairement à la photo, il n'y a que 1 wc. L'annonce est donc mensongère.Le bailleur le sait mais ne change rien!

The apartment was clean but the rooms do look bigger in pictures. Our host was very accommodating. The area was beautiful with great access to public transit (buses, train and a 10 min walk to a ferry that goes directly to lisbon). My family and I had a great time in Lisbon while we staying here. (there's only 3 of us in that picture).

Don't stay here!

Terrible communication from the management, couldn't reach them the entire time either through provided numbers, emails, or VRBO site. Upstairs neighbour is mentally unstable, shouted at me, and slammed items down on the floor to disturb me. The tenants hate short-term rental guests; this lady made it a scary nightmare. She removed my robe from the clothesline, cutting a hole in it and threw it onto the rooftop behind the building. Beige Sofa full of stains, dining chairs dirty, bedsheets and chairs with cigarette burns. The ceiling lights are so extremely bright that you are blinded when you turn them on (very ugly, harsh, too bright lights, needs to be changed to warm amber lights). The coffee machine broken and leaking, the kitchen door handle fell off after trying to open the door. I rented the place because of an en-suite toilet. It's only a shower—no toilet! The lamps were flickering on and off, and the kettle went on by itself at night. Dangerous electrical problems. The water heater began to drip and leak all over the floor after taking a shower. No mop or broom to clean it up. Doors are too big for doorframes. Don't close unless closed hard, which angers neighbours. Sink plug would not come out, so couldn't use sink after using toilet. Had to use other bathroom. Lady banged on floors in the morning to wake me up, threw water at me as I walked down the stairs when leaving. Worst rental experience I've ever had. Scary, dangerous, uncomfortable, unclean, horrible.

Remarques sur l’appartement

Bel appartement pour 4 personnes il faut préciser dans le descriptif qu’il est au 4 eme sans ascenseur: Quelques détails à corriger : La lunette de WC à refixer, la poignée de porte de la cuisine à resserrer, la porte de la douche dans la chambre ne ferme pas et celle de l’autre chambre non plus: ça manque cruellement de porte serviette dans les douches et enfin il faut régler l’eau chaude des douches qui est beaucoup trop chaude Cordialement Jean Paul Eckenfelder
