「Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! 「The bed was comfy, the pillows were decent and the staff was nice. The location was fairly close but easier to get to things via a scooter or quick rideshare. The AC also worked well. The WiFi was unusably slow, you couldn't even stream music or use YouTube or any other app on the provided TV. If you plan to stay at the hotel at all, you'll need a decent mobile data package. 「A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! 」
