「Second stay at the property. Very welcoming hotel and lovely breakfast included. It's within walking distance of Alnwick town centre. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Ample parking onsite and overall an excellent place to stay! We will be returning again later in the year!」

「The pictures on the site do not represent the reality of this hotel. It’s currently very run down and in need of lots of work. We stayed for 3 nights, we only had 3 towels and although we asked for more twice, were not given any and they weren’t changed during our stay. The bathroom looked new but unfinished. There was nowhere to put shampoo etc. in the shower, the floor was slippy (I bought a rubber mat for them) the toilet flush was dodgy and neither the fan or light above the mirror worked....

「A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We were in room 3 which had a challenging set of stairs, no lift due to nature of the historic building. Very atmospheric place bang in the middle of the town great access on foot to all amenities. A 10 minute stroll to the Castle and the excellent car park. Breakfast was first class value. The room was spacious excellent shower and roll top bath. Bar facilities very good small outside beer garden. Plenty of Sky Ports TV screens in the bar, Saturday night there is a...

「The ambiance of the Inn is brilliant. Quirky, exciting with good food and ales.」

「Kitchen was unfortunately closed as the inn recently changed plans, so we had to venture out. We had no hot water for showers when we arrived, but the new assistant manager promptly got to work getting it sorted out so we could enjoy a hot shower before bed. Bed was comfy, room and washrooms clean. Parking on site was great.」
