“Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ……

“Die Wohnung liegt wirklich gut - ein sehr leckerer Bäcker in 5 min Fahrt- oder 15 min. Gehzeit, in einer Viertelstunde mit dem Auto in Cannes am Strand.Der Pool ist schön, allerdings gibt es nur eine Liege und einen festgelegten Zeitplan für Mieter und Vermieter, der zwar Flexibilität nach Absprache zulässt, aber vorab nicht so zu erwarten war, und uns dadurch doch gehemmt hat. Die Kommunikation mit Stéphane war unkompliziert und er hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Er hat uns auch proaktiv mit……
