“Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ……

“The hostess at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even let us back into our room when we realized we had forgotten to take out the trash. Everything was walkable from there. ”

“The overall experience was good. However, communication with the host not so much. It’s not a well equipped home for things such as soap, good linens, pillows, toilet paper, no paper towel etc, There are so many more things the host could do to make it a wonderful experience but did not. It’s extremely noisy which was not good at night for sleeping. The views are good but if I were to come again it’s not a place I’d stay.”
