“L'host è stato eccellente e ci ha comunicato ogni particolare che poteva esserci utile.La sua referente in loco Donna Mac Leod ci ha atteso in strada ( nonostante il freddo ! ) per accompagnarci subito al garage per scaricare i bagagli: Grazie ancora. L'appartamento è bello come appare in foto e molto comodo alla stazione dei treni,che abbiamo utilizzato spesso,nonostante fossimo automuniti,visto il problema del parcheggio in Costa Azzurra. ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.”

“Fantastic property and wonderful location. The private location is very secure and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The owner was away but his son looked after us during our stay. Communication was good and we would recommend this property. ”

“Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ……

“A vrai dire je suis déçu parce que la piscine n'était pas ouverte et je l'ai appris en téléphonant la veille. J'ai demandé à avoir une remise du prix initial. L'employé m'a dit qu'il transmettait à sa direction et que nous aurions sûrement une réduction du tarif. Or je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. C'est bien regrettable !”
