"The place is nice. Easy access. Up two flights of stairs. Good exercise. Everything is in nice decent shape. We were very comfy. I have one small complaint and that is that the carpet entering the bedroom is very frayed and exposed. So much so, that i was walking from Bed to bath and stepped right on the edge where the tack strip is and poked my foot. Yes it hurt. Byt i survived lol. "This little casita is really cute and comfortable. It has access to a lovely backyard with fruit trees, shaded sitting area and a hot tub. We were able to bring our dog so the yard was an added feature. It is conveniently located to a freeway. Highly recommend."

"I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally.
