“Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, and everything went well. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“I rated it all as excellent. It was an excellent price point, staff, grounds and hotel was in great shape. I mean come on it was a free buffet of the normal hotel breakfast. It wasn't excellent but it got us through until lunch. No complaints would definitely stay again.”

“I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in.”

“I did not like the fact that I could not get a refund or even a partial refund. We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ).”

“I read reviews about the rooms being unclean and infested with bugs. The non-smoking room I had did not have any bugs present during our 2 night stay. The room was clean enough, not spotless as the floors didn't get cleaned like they should have. We had reserved 4 adults staying in a 2-queen bedroom and there was only towels and washcloths for 2 people. The staff was prompt in supplying the extra towels when asked. The microwave was old, basic and underpowered and there was a short that was only……

“We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room……

“Quiet, clean, friendly ownership, reasonably priced. Just need a TV guide, the cable is slow, and no way to determine what channels are available. Front desk is also unable to help.”

“The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.”

“This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.”
