「The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly. I would give the hotel a 5, I would give housekeeping a 1. The first morning they gave us clean towels.Took the dirty ones and emptied both trash cans. Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. ...

「Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We stayed for one night otw to Atlanta. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Only con is it’s very close to the interstate and it was loud for me but it may not bother someone else. 」

「Bedroom: very clean sheets, chair near bed was clean, appliances clean Bathroom: tub was very dirty, the bath mat was extrmely dirty with a black ring around the tub Service: amazing, the young lady at the front drsk was very personable, very friendly and helpful. Location: Great! Located right off the expressway and next to a gas station. Sits on a besutiful lake.」

「Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying...

「This place is neat and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is how the office smells. The smell is so strong as soon as you walk in but apart from that, the environment, room, and services were amazing! 」

「This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...
