“This was a fabulous hotel. I actually stayed here for 10 nights and used it as my home base to travel a bit throughout Switzerland. …and a bit of France. One can easily walk all the way to the main center of Basel (if you like longer walks through an adorable area) or you have the tram in Basel or the train in Saint-Louis to get places. The room was spotless (this is coming from a germaphobe), and just absolutely lovely. I ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel one night and the food was……

“Very pleasant stay here. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and more than adequate for my needs, though perhaps a little less than I'd expect for the price. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including crêpes, which was nice. Dinner was also of good quality. I enjoyed a massage in the spa, the masseuse was friendly and welcoming, despite a bit of a language barrier. Ideally located for EuroAirport too.”

“The room and the washroom are spacious, well designed, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Service is great. It is close to the central of the sightseeing area and needs just a 5 to 10 min walk, which I think is better to avoid the crowd. I will stay here again when I go to Colmar and will definitely recommend friends to stay too.”
