The apartment was spotless, well equipped, it includes 2 parking spaces if you need it and although we had a few hiccups when we arrived late on check in day the owners were very kind and helped us sort everything we didn’t figure out ourselves the following day. "Large appartement, suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom good enough. 3e floor, no elevator. Room for bikes available. Supermarket with fresh bread a few minutes away (walking). On walking distance from Kaysersberg, a very nice village, typical Alsace. Beware of closingtimes of restaurants and shops. For this price a very good offer."

Abritel dit ne pas être responsable non plus et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Après discussion ils acceptent de nous dédommager en remboursant l'hébergement qu'on trouvera, mais très dur de trouver quoi que ce soit, hôtel et compagnie complet pour ce long weekend. 2 mois après aucun remboursement,...
