「Good location」

「Easily accessible by tram to city center and train or bus station, this affordable hotel is a good choice. 」

「Centrally located, rooms were spacious and clean, good value for money but don’t expect this is a hotel; it’s more like a youth hostel. Reception only opens half day (check in only until 3:30pm) and we had a hard time reaching out to the staff..no one replies any email before arrival.」

「Bathroom drain was plugged. Kitchen drain was plugged. Not enough dish soap in Kitchen, not enough bath soap in bathroom. Comfy beds, very quiet area. Plain decor. Old Nespresso machine and low quality tea and coffee pods supplied. Kinda no frills in places, furnishings pretty plain and uninspired. That's it.」

「The host has suddenly asked for additional charges before arrival. When arrivals , 20 mins have to wait for the host to come. Hot water is not enough for 2 people bathing. Only good thing is that we can check out late at 1330.」

「The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to public transport. The lobby is clean, light and airy. The room is quiet, tidy and clean but quite basic when it comes to amenities. There is an air conditioner, a flat screen TV and a hairdryer but no mini safe, minibar or an electric water kettle. Rebecca at the reception helped us check in quick and easy on the first day. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Rebecca is without doubt the best we have experienced at...
