「The apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. The location worked well for us (Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game were our main activities). It was a rainy time in Altadena and we encountered some rainwater leaking from a cabinet in our first morning. The staff/ownership were responsive. 」

「The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.」

「The kitchen was fully equipped, the walk in closet had more sheets and blankets than I needed. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped also. The outside area was clean and lively, but it was raining so we didn’t use it. I’d stay there again. 」

「We were welcomed, getting there and accessing property was a breeze. The parking was great and nice to have 2 spots for cars.The good things were location, price and responsiveness of host.We had coffee pods available (but no coffee maker) and tea, paper towels and laundry detergent.What needs some upgrade are the beds. 「The little cottage was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.
For us there weren't any paper products except TP. Tissues or paper towels would have been welcome. Also, the bed is quite soft, but it just added to the snuggles. 」
