「We were not aware there was a set time you have to be there to meet someone to check in. We went there in the am when we landed and they said no one was on site. We went to hollywood sightseeing and received a call in the afternoon saying we needed to come now we tried but got stuck in traffic and could not make it there before the check in person was leaving because we didnt want to miss the dodgers game we had tickets for. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
