“Everything was amazing! The room was as described (even better looking in person). The cleanliness, the organization, the comfortability, all was incredible! The staff were all overall very polite, inviting while maintaining professionalism. From the Shoppe, the restaurant, the front desk, etc., everyone was great! I even heard of promotions in the future that definitely peaked my interest, and will definitely make me want to stay again in the future. The Shoppe in the hotel itself was……

“Wonderfully surprised when we walked into the apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and more. From the communications and attention to details and all the extra little touches in the apartment, this was by far the cleanest and best summer vacation place by the beach we have vacationed in. Location was awesome with the arcade below and boardwalk and casinos nearby. There was something for everyone to do in our group of 8 of different ages. Totally no complaints about CozySuites……

“My first time in Atlantic City and couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and there were so many amenities, that we did not need to leave the facility other than to gamble as they do not have a casino. As for our suite, the moment I opened the door, I was blown away. The smell of “clean” made me smile. The bedrooms were huge and very clean. Plenty of towels for a family of 5, for our 2 day stay. Although we didn’t use the valet service, the workers were very nice……

“Cons: The process of checking in was horrible. Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling. Pros: Kitchen, location, parking ”
