The toilet on the firt floor was clogged. When we would take a shower on the second floor, the toilet on the first floor would overflow. We had to keep mopping and tried to avoid taking showers to prevent this. There were no trash bags provided. Luckily we had little bags. We rented this place because of the Fireplace and Swimming pool. We never found any pool and when I contacted the owner it appears that they didn't know either. That was false advertising. The fireplace had a note, do NOT USE. So, the reason I rented this place in the first place was the main things we could not use.

Place was beautiful, loaded with extra kitchen supplies which was nice of you forgot something. Very clean, close to the Ruidoso winter park. Definitely will stay again

We had elk outside our back door. That was unexpected. We were close to town and it was easy to navigate the surrounding area. Very happy with our stay.
