The toilet on the firt floor was clogged. When we would take a shower on the second floor, the toilet on the first floor would overflow. We had to keep mopping and tried to avoid taking showers to prevent this. There were no trash bags provided. Luckily we had little bags. We rented this place because of the Fireplace and Swimming pool. We never found any pool and when I contacted the owner it appears that they didn't know either. That was false advertising. The fireplace had a note, do NOT USE. So, the reason I rented this place in the first place was the main things we could not use.

The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!

Place was beautiful, loaded with extra kitchen supplies which was nice of you forgot something. Very clean, close to the Ruidoso winter park. Definitely will stay again
