Family Vacation

My brothers and I had an incredible time on the lake and experienced the local amenities. The individual apartments were perfect for our needs and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The property was well managed and maintained. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to enjoy lake Winni! Thank you, Ron

Great Lake vacation

Everything was lovely!! Steve and his family were lovely and the town of Alton is quaint and beautiful. While our stay was wonderful, the size of the beds were misrepresented. There was no king bed and the futon upstairs is a twin. Definitely bring an air mattress.

Perfect Location!

This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. We did bring a couple of air mattresses instead of using the futon. The futon is only big enough for 1 person, or maybe 2 kids. Would stay here again!!

Right on the water

Steve was a great host, answered all my questions quickly. We had a group of 12, 5 cars and 8 waverunners. We were able to fit 3 full size pickup trucks, 2 SUV and a 1 place trailer in the driveway. The other we stored down the road. The space was as described, 3 separate units so there was room for all of us. No stove but we used the grill and brought a skillet with us. Location was perfect, step out the back door to the water. We spent most days on the dock or in the water. Thanks Steve for sharing your home.
