「The pool wasn’t open, the shower was leaking, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the breakfast was only eggs & waffles, stale cereal and the milk was in a pitcher no individual milk and no water, there was a container for bread, begals and donuts but it was empty I will not be staying there ever again」

「The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

「Stayed here to attend an event nearby. The staff are extremely kind, especially the front desk folks. However, the 4th floor had consistent issues with water flow in the toilets before even using them. The room was clean but housekeeping is only offered after you check out so be aware you will need to ask the front desk if you need towels, etc.」

「I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above...

「The rooms were kept clean, and organized and well supplied. Definitely dated in need of updating. staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good had a good variety of breakfast foods. . Could use some half-and-half for the coffee. Plenty of parking.」

「Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it.」

「The Lobby area was unkept, the breakfast area was filthy, the food was designed for children. The elevator area was dirty in all the corners, old run down flooring and walls. Needs replacement of flooring and a deep clean with a good paint job.」

「While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots. We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff.」
