「Große, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Küche. Es fehlte an nichts und ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon und Aussicht vom Zimmer war ebenfalls vorhanden. Top!」

「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Es war sehr schön, der Empfang war unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kleine Anmerkung: Weil das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist, war es an den Tagen an denen wir da waren, sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil, aber zur Not hat auch der kleine Ventilator, der im Zimmer vorhanden war, gepasst. Danke, für die sehr angenehmen Tage. Gruß Beate und Arnold」

「Beautiful location, very clean room. Great view of the Moselle river and the surrounding spectacular landscape. Great dining and breakfast. Unfortunately we did not dine at the nicely set up white-linen Restaurant except breakfast. We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt. But the owners were kind enough to check us in. The only major draw back...

「This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". The hotel was full that weekend. At least the windows opened. Also, our room had a terrible smell. Apparently, the drain pipe in the middle of the...
