Relax during your stay at this equestrian style apartment sitting on 5 acres in a horse barn in Alva. Enjoy the view of the horses and the easy access to town. 1 mi from Alva Boat Ramp, 7 mi to grocery stores, and many restaurants in between. 10 minute drive to Labelle and 20 minute drive to Fort Myers.
The bedroom features a comfortable new queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a fully stocked coffee bar, two Smart TVs with Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu included, WiFi, bathroom travel size necessities, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
Owners do live on the property. No pets allowed and no smoking allowed.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We plan on coming back and staying here again next year. The bed was super comfortable and the internet was great. The facility is secure and the owner touched base with us every day to see if we needed anything.
