Sunset Apartment- Peaceful Country Setting- Reasonable Distance to Hocking Hills

Located within reasonable distance to the Hocking Hills State Parks. This peaceful country setting is located on a small farm just outside the quaint little town of Tarlton. Surrounded by 16 acres.... over half of it is wooded with trails to explore. While here take time to breathe deeply of God's fresh country air and enjoy the opportunity to unwind from your daily pressures.
APARTMENT:
Sunset Apartment is located out in our barn on the far right. It has 2 bedrooms on the second floor, (with a staircase) one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a full bed. It will sleep 4 comfortably, but we do allow 5 people. It has 1 bathroom on the main floor with a tile shower. Just outside the bathroom is a washer and a dryer also a closet with a cot, folding chairs, games, magazines, and extra pillows and blankets. We provide towels and linens. There is a fully furnished kitchen a small table with 4 chairs, a bar with 2 stools. The living area has 1 couch. Complimentary coffee and a few snacks.
OUTDOORS:
Farm animals. (Miniature horses, cows at times, Snowball the cat) Backyard Patio with a fire pit and a removable grill. Playground area. Hammock and Dbl. lawn swing. Above ground pool during the summer months. Trails throughout the woods. Another fire pit back in our wooded area.
CELL SERVICE/TECHNOLOGY: We have Starlink Internet with the smart TV connected to it. Bring your own TV subscriptions. There is also a Samsung DVD player (bring your favorite DVDs). We have Spectrum phones, which use Verizon towers and do pretty good. Inside the apt. cell service isn’t the greatest because of the metal building. Connect to the internet and do WiFi calling. We do encourage a break from technology to totally unwind.

LOCATION:
We are located 45 minutes southeast of Columbus, 20 minutes from Circleville the home of the Pumpkin Show, 25 minutes from Tecumseh (outdoor drama) and 15-20 minutes to Rock House one of the Hocking Hills State Parks. There is a IGA with fuel and groceries, a Dollar General with groceries and a few small diners in Tarlton just a few minutes from here. And plenty more to do to keep you busy for a number of days.
