New York Amazing Maize Maze Hotels

"The AC was perfect as well as the bed and the big screen TV also. The room was amazing to stay in and the hotel in general, I really enjoyed my stay there. "

"The staff was friendly but they tried to charge me separately for the 2 rooms that I booked together. The entrance smelled of marijuana and one of the windows near the lobby was broken. The elevator was in horrible shape, to the point that my entire family walked up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival I was told one of the rooms was ready, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the other room. When we got to the floor both rooms were still not ready. When we were finally let into the first room it had just been "cleaned" but was actually not. The bedspreads were thin and full of cigarette burns, sheets were stained and the refrigerators were disgusting. Overall my family and I would never stay here again. The pictures on the hotel site are total lies, it absolutely doesn't look like the photos. "

"We had issues with our first room being too hot. We could not turn on the air and the heat kept running even after turned off and unplugged. The staff was accommodating and We switched room. However that room was also very warm and we even had the window open with a fan to get it bearable enough to sleep. The room was tiny, but we expected that. Staff was very excellent. "

"Great location, close walk to the train station and local shopping. Rooms were large and on-site bar and restaurant was nice. Only issue was a slow draining bathtub. Staff was super friendly."

"It was a decent stay, had pretty much everything i could need. I wish the towels were a bit better in quality and absorbed better but otherwise everything was good."

" Very nice hotel and most of the staff were very professional except the desk person after 11pm he never answered the phone I called 4 times with no answer and waited at desk for quite some time before he came out from behind the doors. I paid for valet and had to park my car myself. The regular valet Jose I believe was his name was exceptional. Always had my car ready when I needed it and was very polite. No refrigerator in rooms "
