「The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working.」

「Everything was very nice and clean. This was perfect for us. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool, but it was very popular. The options for the included breakfast were more that almost anyplace I have seen. Lots of options and choices.」

「Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed.」

「Cons: To start with, when entering the building - it smelled like a cat litter box. We knew it was pet friendly, but this was over the top. My wife is allergic to cats (pet dander), so she was highly medicated throughout the weekend. 1 of the exits (fire doors) was locked and labeled as Non Working. Both Handicapped Assist buttons at main entrance were tagged and Out of Service. The Pool / Hot Tub had a sign on the door that they were Out of Service by order of the Health Department. Our...

「Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Although renovating great place to stay if you need somewhere close to the dome otherwise will always choose else where. Not very accommodating to guests verse the rate」

「The place is broken down and unsafe: The entry to the rooms is broken so anyone can enter and my first floor window didn't securely lock and no stock so could have easily been entered. The room doors are in shambles. It was so sketchy i left before 3am in the dark and there were dudes sitting outside listening to music getting high.」

「The bar staff were extremely rude and basically non existent. We came in to have a drink and appetizers before going to our event, I went up to the bar to put our order in and the girl behind the bar was too busy talking with her friends. I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and went back to talking with her friends. We just left after that.」

「We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!」
