We absolutely love this hotel as it has fantastic views to the lake, lovely comfortable rooms and excellent food. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them making the whole stay a real pleasure. We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel as a great place to stay.

Très bien situé à l’entrée d’Ambleside, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement. Les déjeuners y sont complets et copieux et leur programme Green qui permet d’avoir une consommation par jour si on ne demande pas le service de nettoyage vaut le coup. Notre chambre était petite et au 3ème étage. Ça peut être un défi avec les bagages. Le plus gros inconvénient était de n’avoir aucun crochet dans la chambre ou même dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes. Cet aspect serait à améliorer…
