Lovely quiet spot but super handy for the town. Parking is on street, but nearby, and seened safe - no issues. Room and bathroom were fantastic. Friendly host. We would recommend a stay here

Mary was wonderful. She allowed us to check in a little bit later to accommodate us for a longer than expected travel time to Amboise. The villa is so cute and charming. The room was spacious and there was a little kitchenette to drink coffee and have treats in the morning. Convenient location with easy parking in the area. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We loved this place. Mary (spelled English but pronounced French) is delightful. The property is her house and has only a very few rooms available. But our room was much larger than anywhere else we have stayed, had a larger bathroom than most places, and even had a shared kitchen. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but there are cafes around the corner, and everything in Amboise is just across the bridge.

Boutique hotel with French charm

Marie is a very welcoming, helpful and cheerful host. Excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Enjoyed the experience of the on a river island.

Mary is wonderful. After notifying her we arrived early and checked right in. The room was very clean and the bath was modern and clean. Only two rooms to this little hotel. Would stay here again without a doubt. Parking could be a concern but it worked out great. Easy walk to restaurants. Very cool little place!

Beautiful location! Walking distance to all attractions and good restaurants. Very helpful and nice host. Although no car park available at the property, it is quite easy to find a car parking spot nearby.

Very cute stay in Amboise. This is more of a B B vibe than hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a small shared kitchen where we could prepare morning coffee. Very close to the Main tourist street over the bridge.

Charming Amboise hotel

More of a "Bed & Breakfast"-type stay than a hotel, we had a large bedroom with a bathroom and access to a shared kitchenette on the same floor. The room was clean and comfortable and Mary was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk across the bridge to the downtown area with all the shops and restaurants. I had no problem finding street parking but the streets are very narrow.

Our hostess Mary could not have been more helpful. Although the kitchen is shared we had it to ourselves for 2 days and so had an ‘extra’ room to use. The property is within easy walking distance of the old town and there are many places for breakfast or more substantial meals nearby (some literally round the corner). We found a parking space nearby but that did not seem guaranteed. We would recommend this place to stay warmly.

Amazing, romantic, very cute house and room. If you want to feel like at Musketeer's area and age that would be a great opportunities. Madam Mary was very friendly, sweet, welcoming hostess. Room is very clean, modern bathroom and cute kitchen. Literally 7 minutes walk through gorgeous bridge to Royal Chateau and central street with tons of restaurants and shops. On the corner, 1 minute to walk, located the best view Bar "Le Shaker", to enjoy view of Amboise Chateau. The best relaxing vacation ever!!!

Great place to stay

Pierre, was friendly and helpful. He provided great suggestions for activities in the local area. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the window latch was broken so we could not open the window for fresh air. This was not a problem since temperature in the house was very comfortable. We wished that we had planned a longer visit to the town and would be happy to stay in the same room. Thanks Pierre!

Aw, just a good place, fair price, location - terrific base for covering Loire. Bedroom & small kitchen were perfectly fine, which is more than one can say for some hotels in Paris!
