“The room was great and the staff was friendly however, we were thankful that we didn’t want to sleep in because even if we wanted it was excessively noisy and then the landscaping crew was also working this morning. ”

“The doors to the north and south hallways would not open from the outside when room keys were used to unlock for entry. The hotel had inadequate luggage trollies. However the handicap accessible room was great.”

“The power went out Saturday morning which caused the elevators not to operate. Not a bad situation, but had to use the stairs. When we entered the stairs, many of the emergency exit signs and lights were not working. My son had to use his light on the cell phone to help an expecting mother see where to walk because it was extremely dark. Just thought someone would be interested in this before the fire marshall would find this out. Also, why would a hotel like this not have a backup generator.……

“Today is April 21, 2024. The property (including the grounds) is well maintained and clean. It's rural, so during sleeping hours it's pretty quiet--though there was a train around 0445 on Saturday. I don't know if I would have heard it if I wasn't already awake, though it's certainly not "off in the distance". (look at a map) I didn't hear one on Friday between midnight and 0800.
