「We stayed for a week at Tradewinds and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we were to return to American Samoa. Two things to be mindful of- the hotel provided us with 2 water bottles each day. There is no notice not to drink the tap water, but most sources recommend getting bottled water. The info from the locals ranged from it’s dangerous to drink the water to it’s OK, but we don’t drink it. Be prepared to buy water. The flight to/from...

「We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. The property is in need of repair and upkeep outside. However, the hotel is very historical and has the charm of Samoa.」

「The building is very historic room was nice and big, but other than this, there’s not much to recommend about this place. The front desk doesn’t open until noon (or sometimes later, no advanced warning on that), and if you need anything during the non-open Times, they give you a phone number to call.
