“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff……

“Unfortunately, this property did not live up to expectations. The room was nice but there were too many surfaces that weren’t cleaned prior to check in. The bathroom sink was barely wiped. Desk and nightstands had a dusty film and the carpet was musty. The towels were the hardest I’ve ever experienced at ANY hotel. Hotel restaurant had very few options and the staff seemed to not want to be there. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee. It was self serve, I had to wait to pay. Real unimpressed……

“When I tell you the ENTIRE STAFF was TOP TIER!! From the front desk, to security, to house keeping, to the entire atmosphere Y'ALL DID THAT!!💪 Not being racist at all ,Im calling it the way I saw it. I was so IMPRESSED WITH MY CULTURE! My people have the hotel ON POINT, with kindness, smiles, courtesy, safety, giving directions and just being absolute nice people! I will forever give this hotel HIGH REGARD and will definitely be back! Not to mention the location, whatever you need is literally……

“We were traveling with our daughter and grandchild and spent four nights at the hotel on a sight-seeing vacation. We loved the inviting Bistro. The food, staff and physical set up were excellent. We also liked the comfortable ambience of the hotel in general. The location was great, easy access to sites both urban and suburban. We'd like to come back!”
