「Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit anteiligen Meerblick. Das Personal war überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir einen guten Aufenthalt haben.
Das Frühstück war sensationell und sehr vielfältig. Allerdings störte der Lärm von Klimaanlagen / Lüftungsanlagen die Nachtruhe. 「We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time.
From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time.

「BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . 「Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen.」Veronika

「Zusammenfassend war unser Urlaub ok, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt.
Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Leider war das bei der Rezeption nicht so - man musste mehrmals nachfragen nach zusätzlichen Decken, Abholung des Gepäcks und Buchungen von Restaurants, die Infos zum Wassersportangebot waren unvollständig und auch falsch. Die Buchung des Wäscheraums ging verloren und die Lösungsfindung nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....Celia

「Le personnel très accueillant et au petit soin à la réception (surtout l’équipe du soir).
Cependant, hôtel très bruyant, l’isolation pas au top on entend les portes claquées dès 7h du matin, les piscines sont belles mais malheureusement pas chauffées (peut-être qu’en juillet-aout elles sont plus agréables), pour le buffet, la cuisine crétoise n’est pas trop mise en avant c’est dommage. Mais il est possible de se restaurer tout au long de la journée et c’est top.

「The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.」

「We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely!
The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night.
