Room condition was terrible, floor mats was full of dust, bedsheets were having stain, bathroom tiles were broken and yellowish.

Had very bad experience with the Transport Desk of the hotel. They charged for 8 hours 80 kms of taxi but did not pass this information. We enquired for travel to Atari Border and was quoted 4000.00 rs and extra 500.00 for airport pickup. We had to travel in hotel shuttle which again did not give information that it was only drop off service and that also half way to temple and were told to catch e-rickshaw. I had my old mother who was exhausted but had no choice but to walk and take e-rickshaw. Later i just asked if i could use car for few extra hours in evening and then it was mentioned that car was for 8 hours. Staff was not helpful, every request took hours to complete. Manager talked a lot but doubt if she seriosly took her job or she reriminded the travel desk guy. It seems they are all hand in glove to fleece guests. Very sad for Radisson Blue brand and how they can let this sort of thing happen. Bed quality was very very poor, some old beds were used. Please stay from them and dont book any Taxi service. They are like street taxi people you meet.

Room service was terrible - arrived cold and an hour late. Requested twin room and got a double - fixed issue by separating the beds! Again a delayed response. Spoke with the staff at check out and no gesture of goodwill or an apology.

We had a horrible stay at the hotel. Checked in on a Saturday at 3pm to find there is a wedding party happening and you could hear everything in the room and was told it would finish for 4.30pm which it did. Then when we got back to the room there was another wedding party at the hotel outside and you could clearly hear the music in the room. Was told it would finish for 10-45pm but continued to 12am so never had a good sleep at all.

I had pleasant stay at radisson blu Amritsar. customer service was exceptional. There was lot of variety in breakfast buffet and quality of food is great. Complimentary shuttle to Sri Harminder sahib makes it very convenient

Felt Like Scamed!
I Paid for 2 Junior Suites. Stayed at 1 Junior Suite and 1 Regular room because they only have regular Smoking rooms. The difference between the 2 was 10,000 Rupees. After Rahul Duty Manager charged my card. I asked him 1 only used 1 Suite and 1 Regular room. He said once they take a payment, they can not refund because finance manager does not work Sunday. For a 5 STAR Hotel, Not Possible. I requested to speak to his manager for my Refund, The Duty Manager Chandani told me Rahul is new and he will loose his job for Over charging me. They offered me a lunch buffet for 4 People which i refused because i had a flight to catch. Guys DO NOT Pay Radisson at Amritsar, until you check your Final Bill properly. You will Never get your Money Back. I will surely file a dispute with AMEX.

Disappointed
The bathroom was not clean, the rug was all stained. I had to ask for toilet paper as there was no extra in the room, after the cleaning servive there was no towels or toilet in the room. Tiolet would not flash. After staying at Radisson Red in Chandigarh I had high expectation of the Radisson but i was very disappointed.

Nice stay at this hotel. The room decor is outdated and worn out and in need of a refurbishment. The noise levels down the corridors at night needs to be addressed so that sleeping customers are not disturbed. The reception desk is a little slow and there seems to be no queuing system, people just jump the queue. There needs to be a full explanation to customers when checking in what the facilities are etc. WIFI, dinner, breakfast and hotel facilities.

Really nice hotel. Good value for a family of 4 and facilities were excellent. The staff were great who came to the room for the good service. Only issue I had there was a lot of noise outside which disrupted my sleep which is not ideal before taking a long flight. Food was great and the bathroom was also in great condition. Had a very western feel to it.
