「The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. 」

「We loved our stay in Sebastian’s beautiful apartment! It’s in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with easy access to all of Amsterdam’s museums and city sights with a canal and quaint bridge just steps from the door. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and there is a grocery store a few minute’s walk away (just across from the bus and tram stop). Sebastian met us at the apartment for check-in and kindly stored our luggage for us on our last day. We would definitely stay here again!」

「The apartment was plenty big for a family of four. Having two bathrooms was ideal. What wasn’t ideal was the bedroom in the back of apartment. No means of air circulating in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan and a portable fan offered however if it was any summer month staying there, this Florida gal would not have been able to handle that. Thankfully the temps were in the mid 60’s. But we had to open what windows that were directly on the street side just for any reprieve from the stagnant...

「Edwin was a wonderful host! He had lots of suggestions for activities and places to eat and made himself available for any questions during our stay. While we ended up not needing it, he also offered to hold our luggage for an extra hour after checkout to help with our transportation planning. The houseboat is located a ferry’s ride from central Amsterdam and it runs 24 hours, which is extremely convenient. The houseboat has everything you need. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here...
