Firstly, the staff, most especially Melanie, was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location is excellent, canal front, the building is beautifully restored and gives a great sense of what it’s like to live in a canal house. We would absolutely stay there again if we are in Amsterdam.

Adorable boutique yet upscale property. The room was huge with nice amenities, free brownies, big bathtub. The shower did smell weird & I could tell the property was old, but clean nonetheless.

Lovely hotel in a great part of Amsterdam right alongside the keizersgracht canal. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Easy walking distance to all the attractions with Anne Franks house just around the corner. Breakfast is available but plenty of Cafes if wanting to go elsewhere. The only thing that let the stay down was finding a milk jigger in the room that went out of date in April,this was brought to the attention of the hotel. This would not stop me from staying again.

The staff met us on the steps upon our arrival and greeted us with welcome drinks; then they took our bags and showed us to our rooms. A fantastic welcome. That level of service continued throughout our entire stay. All the staff were wonderful. When we return, this is where we’ll stay! A perfect location, a cozy hotel, and the best staff. See you soon!

This was the standout hotel experience of our recent trip to Europe. From the moment we entered the staff was helpful, attentive, and professional. Being greeted with a refresher and towelette in the lovely, richly decorated sitting area while our bags were shuttled to our room was such a relief. Our room was apportioned well, large enough to move freely, dual sinks, large mirrors, daylight streaming through a tall window, fully enclosed toilet room and in-room shower tub, overhead and hand wash wand. The bed was comfortable and large, king size. Drapes kept the room dark when needing privacy. Good robes and large towels. We enjoyed the artwork and the style of interior decorating, modern and yet historic. We did not try the breakfast, the location was so convene that we found plenty of options nearby for food and little snacks throughout the day. Lovely patio outdoor area with a tea house and fountains with plenty of seating. Relaxing and we felt immersed in Amsterdam while visiting. Would visit again. Wonderful stay.

Fantastic Accomodations Amazing Staff

The hotel was clean, comfortable with great walk-ability for activities. The check in was Amazing with refreshments and cold towel. The desk people booked reservations to museums for us etc. fantastic service
