是一間很優質的飯店，雖然空間不大 但很舒適，24小時有人員職守 不盡安全性佳，地點方便鄰近中央車站，走路去其他區域逛街或搭車都很方便

Super Unterkunft mitten im Leben – klein, aber richtig gemütlich! Ich habe mich in dieser Unterkunft total wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, mitten in einer belebten Straße mit Bars, Cafés und einem Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Wer gerne mitten im Geschehen ist, wird sich hier definitiv wohlfühlen. Natürlich ist es abends etwas lauter, aber ich schlafe sowieso immer mit Ohrenstöpseln – also für mich überhaupt kein Problem. Ich hatte das Glück, ein Zimmer ganz oben im vierten Stock zu bekommen – klein, unterm Dach und etwas verwinkelt, aber mit richtig schöner Aussicht und total charmant eingerichtet. Ich mag solche gemütlichen, schnuckeligen Zimmer total gerne – ich brauche keinen großen Luxus, solange alles sauber und funktional ist. Und das war hier definitiv der Fall: die Dusche war sauber, das Bett bequem, und ich hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den super netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – ich hatte einen riesigen Backpack dabei, und weil es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Treppen in Holland ja doch recht steil sind, hat er mir meinen Rucksack netterweise bis ganz nach oben getragen. Das fand ich wirklich sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Für den Preis war das wirklich eine richtig tolle Unterkunft, und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Loved the location of this hotel, a few minutes walk from central station. There are lots of restaurants on the same street. Major lamdmarks and sights are within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They helped us out and offered accommodation for our requests. We got the room with the attached bahroom, and it was well worth it. The A/C was excellent, and the room was clean, I'll be back here if we're in Amsterdam again!

Staff and location were great! Unfortunately, there were bedbugs, so my daughter and I got bit pretty bad. Staff was nice and they did a deep cleaning of the room, but I’m not sure if that got rid of the bedbugs.

I booked two nights in your property and there are bugs in the room, and I was bitten by them. The sanitary condition is terrible. Also the guy at the front desk is rude. No apology after I complained to him. Told me either I can leave or they just do some cleaning in the room. The worst experience of a hotel for me!

We had a wonderful stay with great service and hospitality from start to finish. As two people traveling with a checked bag and a carry-on each, we really appreciated the staff helping us carry everything up to our room. Although we booked a double room, they kindly upgraded us to a triple room at no extra cost. Huge shoutout to Tesfaye for the amazing recommendations around Amsterdam, he was incredibly helpful! Overall, 10/10 would highly recommend this hotel. Just a heads-up: try to avoid bringing a checked bag lol lesson learned the hard way!
