This, I would say, is a boutique hotel. Most of the staff were great. Breakfast was partially served and partly self serve. It was fine. We travel a lot and missed the amenities we usually have at other hotels including in room safe, fridge, box of Kleenex, and adequate drawer space. We stayed several nights so these were missed more. Great location near museums and tram.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly Breakfast room bright, welcoming and great range of food, cold and freshly cooked. Bed & bedroom were quite hot and no air con - woke up several times overheating - great for cold young folk, maybe not so ideal for older women!

Summary: Clean and friendly, but very noisy and hot What I liked: The staff were friendly. The bedding and overall facilities were clean and well above average. What I didn't like: I stayed in a street-facing triple room on August 14th and had three major issues: 1) Severe street noise due to poor soundproofing on the windows. 2) The AC did not work, making the room too hot to get a proper night's sleep. 3) No door on the shower booth, causing high humidity and a dangerously slippery floor right outside the shower. Food(breakfast): so so

Apreciamos a escolha!
