My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. Place is very centrally located and super close to public. Beds were very comfortable, and we felt very safe in the area. Staff was always available and friendly. Breakfast was a nice bonus :-)

Great location and comfortable hotel.

Great location 10 minutes walk from central station and tram stops. Good breakfast albeit very busy! Rooms have everything you need and the bed are comfortable. There is a mini bar in the room.

It's a good quality hotel and worth its stars. It's a bit quirky with the stairs, but if you know in advance, then you should be prepared. Front desk clerks are helpful. Breakfast is full and varied, worth the extra cost.

Great location and friendly service.

Very close to train station and quiet. I slept very well. Most sites are walkable or use the convenient bius or tram to get around. I would stay here again.

Location is great, directly across from Amsterdam Central, rooms are quite small, I’m not tall but I could touch the ceiling. Breakfast was great, room was clean and functional.

The location is perfect and very, very close to Amsterdam Central Station. It is an older building with renovations and many 4 star hotel touches. We requested a quiet room and were given a quiet room. We enjoyed the property very much. Breakfast has plenty of options with lattes and cappucinos, coffee and tea of course.

good location, too many stairs

Good location, suited to our tours. Older building, said it had elevator but did not mention the additional 15 steep stairs. The breakfast was adequate. The bed was soft but comfortable. Said it had laundry facilities, which to me meant machines on site, it did not. Overall I would not stay here again.
