Staff were absolutely wonderful. Room was nice Breakfast was typical cereal, toast, coffee etc. but added nice buns and baked treats Close to shops and central station railway... walked from there to the hotel in about 10 minutes pulling our luggage

Excellent location to explore and close to station. All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were also very good. Comfy bed and good bathroom. Even had a small fridge in room to store snacks etc. would stay here again on next visit.

10 mins walk from Centraal station, and in lovely district which is eclectic, full of restaurants and bars, and feels like live/work place as well as visitors. Hotel staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Room (303 - 'one room suite') back facing so very quiet, spacious, comfortable. I really liked the enormous shower. Breakfast if you book in advance is 17,50 Euros each and is served in the next door restaurant; highly recommend breakfast - wide variety of breakfast food and quiet, spacious. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

To start the city view penthouse was amazing! But the staff outshined everything. I tripped on the curb my first night there and landed on my shoulder and tore my rotator cuff. Ethan and Mariana both stepped up and got me an appointment to be looked at. They couldn’t have been more helpful!! I truly appreciate everything you find out who is who when you are hurt and disabled in a foreign country especially thank you again hotel bank Amsterdam!

We enjoyed meeting Lady, the manager/black house cat. Great room with terrace on 4th floor. Convenient location in our favorite area of Amsterdam! Would be good if there were stronger vent fans in the bathroom because a) there is a lingering mildew smell and b) someone on our floor set off the fire alarm system from their shower humidity. Scary in an old building of course for guests. We will return, thanks for the great stay and hospitality, special thanks to Kostas for his help.

Great clean room with air conditioning during the terrible summer heat wave. Centrally located, couldn’t have been better for our family of four. Kids slept on ample sized flip out bed. Good pillows and sheets and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

It’s a good hotel I’m general. Depending on where you are, it’s a bit far from the museums located at the southern part of the city. It’s a <1 mile walk to the central station to take trains and metros which is pretty convenient . However, not feeling safe walking in the area though

We had a wonderful stay at The Bank Hotel. Travelling with young family it was perfectly located in a good part of the city. Close to Centraal station so very easy to reach all transport links. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and tasty although no cooked options available. Surprise addition of the friendly hotel cat, Lady, delighted the children. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Modern hotel with lift. Comfortable clean and quiet room with wet room. Very helpful staff. Located on a vibrant street with shops, cafes and restaurants. Good location for Central Station and the Jordaan.
