Villa Antonius Amsterdam

Villa Antonius is wonderful to spend a long weekend or vacation near Amsterdam. It is located in the pleasant village street of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with supermarket and shops within walking distance. If you walk across the bridge you will find several restaurants with lovely terraces on the water. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel is ideal for cyclists with beautiful cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is easy to reach by public transport (20 minutes), bicycle (30 minutes) and car (15 minutes).

The house from 1911 is part of a former printing house and has recently been completely renovated. The owner lives in the back house and the front house is rented out. The living room with open kitchen is 64 m2. One bedroom with separate bathroom is on the ground floor with separate toilet. The second bedroom with its own shower and sink can be reached in the loft via the spiral staircase in the living room.

The entrance to the house is on the left side of the property with a driveway and parking space for 1 car.

Uns hat das Ferienhaus gefallen, alles da was man braucht, sauber, sehr gute Kommunikation, alles unkompliziert! Für Versorgung ist fußläufig alles erreichbar. Zunächst waren wir etwas irritiert- die Lage direkt an einer Straße: kein Problem, Fahrräder machen keinen Krachund die seltenen Kraftfahrzeuge hört man wegen der guten Schallisolierung nicht! Zu empfehlen- nicht rein nach Amsterdam zu sightseeing, zum parken PR nutzen und mit öffentlichen zum „Stadtbummel“. Wer sich traut- mit dem Fahrrad- das hat immer und überall Vorrang

Stunning, historic and very peaceful.

After a short taxi ride from the Amsterdam airport we arrived in the beautiful little haven called Ouderkerk aan Amstel. Villa Antonio’s was perfect and everything from supermarket, chemist and lots of dining options was within a short walk. Our hosts were awesome, not intrusive, but very willing to share information and their hospitality. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Sincere thanks Ian and Jo from Australia.

1st stay befor boat and bike tour

Would have liked intro to microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. Very different from our country. Toilet in upstairs would be a nice addition.

Great space!

This is a great space! I highly recommend staying here. It's a short drive to the airport and about 20 or so minutes to town. There a few restaurants in the are that are really good. Jeremy an Ingrid are super helpful and quick to respond. :)restaurants

Fantastic hosts! Very friendly and beautiful house

The house was better than expected. Very clean and easy to use. The village they live in is wonderful. Nice places to explore and great places for food and drink. Downtown wasn't far via public transport. Just remember the metro stops running at 12:30am! Ask me how I know hahaha

Das Haus liegt optimal, um Amsterdam und Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Man kann sehr schön an der Amstel nach Amsterdam fahren. In der Ortschaft ist ein Supermarkt, Drogerie, Schlachter und ein Bäcker, alles fußläufig. Nette Restaurants am Fluss und ein toller Fahrradladen gleich nebenan. Jeremy und Ingrid sind tolle Gastgeber! Wir können es wämstens weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. ein toller Fahrradlayen nevenan

Jeremy and Ingrid's place

Welcoming, spacious and lovely accommodation in a good location 20 minutes from the heart of Amsterdam. We could hear party goers from the loft but had not problem sleeping through the night given super comfy beddings. Jeremy was so kind by letting us check in early and always responded to all inquiries very quickly. We highly recommend Jeremy and Ingrid's place.

Le seul bémol serait peut être de mettre des vélos à disposition contre un échange financier pour aller de la maison à l’arrêt de tram car le bus qui va dz la maison au tramway n’est pas compris dans la carte GVB et le prix du trajet tramway / maison 6,50z pour 1 arrêt. Sehr sehr schön, sauber, stylisch. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Ist etwas außerhalb aber mit dem Auto in ein park&ride-Parkhaus und mit der Metro dann ins Zentrum. Passt! Ist ein bisschen tricky, dass man beim Aussteigen aus Bus und Bahn mit dem Ticket ausxhecken muss, aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Highly recommend for an Amsterdam vacation

Jeremy and Ingrid’s place is located in a nice and quiet village not too far from the city center (~20 min by car). It was perfect for our getaway as we had planned to see the city, as well as other points of interest north of us. The home is within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. Truly everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

Hier kann man wirklich sagen, dass alles hervorragend gepasst hat. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und dabei total unaufdringlich. Schlachter, Bäcker und Konditorei sowie kleiner und äußerst angenehmer Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten bei der nächsten P&R Anlage um mit der Bahn zB nach Amsterdam reinzufahren. Smart TV mit deutschen TV Sendern vorhanden. Unsere Tochter war von ihrem eigenen Bereich im Obergeschoss auch total begeistert. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an J und I für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊!

Altes Haus im Modernen neuen Glanz

Alles wunderschön und stilvoll! Ausstattung voll und ganz vorhanden. Das Örtchen ist richtig hübsch und hat alles was man braucht, Bäcker Metzger Lebensmittel Drogerie Friseur Kleidung... Alles da! Abends nett essen gehen, auch kein Problem! Ouderkerk hat in jegliche Richtung für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten :-) und ganz ganz tolle Vermieter!!! es war leider viel zu kurz... Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
