The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh mango. As we were eating, they replenished the mango, filling another plate with fresh slices, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects their warm hospitality. They asked about our breakfast preferences and even prepared chicken pho for us. It was one of the best bowls of pho we had during our time in Vietnam. The laundry service was excellent and very affordable at only 50,000 VND per kilogram. Our clothes were washed, dried, neatly organized, and returned the same day smelling fresh and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and dependable WiFi. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions, and Grab rides were easy to arrange, inexpensive, and arrived quickly whenever we needed transportation. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and genuinely caring hosts, Vu Hotel is an excellent choice."
