「Clean room and good services with nice mangers」

「The house is beautifully decorated, with a spacious living room and kitchen. The place is very close to the beach – it's only a 6-minute walk to My Khe Beach. Additionally, there are many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The surroundings are quiet, so I had a very good night's sleep.」

「Very nice, clean and cozy place, staff are very nice and friendly, receptionist Miss Phupong Dao helped purchase Ba Na Hill for me and Mr Hai was the driver who took me there. Such pleasure and fun having these lovely staff on this trip.」

「房間大，很舒適，有早餐及下午茶供應，可提供floating tea. 住poolside room夜晚關了門仍有蚊子。 洗手盤裝不到水，所以洗衣服建議問職員拿一個盤子。 職員們很友善，check out當天我們下午回來拿行李，職員為我們準備了tea set,感謝！！ 下次來峴港會再來的！」

「Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent!...

「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...
