Just ok, doesn't match pictures

This house was a disappointment. Overall it was ok, decently clean and served the purpose we needed it to. Myself and friends were staying there for a work event taking place at the conference center. We were able to take the bus there from a stop nearby the house, which was nice. The living room is airy and it was nice to walk into a backyard. However, the listing makes it look far nicer than the reality. The furniture is really beaten up, there are holes in the wall, a ton of rust in the bathrooms, etc. (I have pics - not sure why I can't attach them in the review). The washing machine doesn't work; you have to manually turn it through different parts of the cycle for it to finish, otherwise it just keeps your clothes in a vat of water for hours on end. The furniture in the pictures isn't even the same furniture that's in the rooms. The kitchen was barely stocked with supplies. We had no source of filtered water. Heck the walls aren't even the same color (in the pics one room has green striped walls - these are nowhere to be found?) They somehow took pictures that managed to hide all the wear and tear, but it is apparent the moment you walk in. So, if the expectations had been realistic and the price a bit cheaper, this would've been ok. But the listing was dishonest, and I really don't appreciate the discrepancy between advertisement and reality.

Disney xmas

Nice house with large living area for the family to enjoy Christmas morning. Close to Disney land and shopping. Family enjoyed the place.

Great location for Disney goers

Location wise it was perfect. Stayed for 3 days. Definitely can’t walk to Disney from the house. The house itself is pretty old and outdated. Master shower wasn’t clean and had a huge hole above the shower head. Bed comforters had stains. Spider problems but the owner had her pest control come out and spray the next day. Dishwasher and washing machine were extremely loud so don’t use that when you’re trying to sleep. Neighbors are super friendly but I think next time I’ll have my family stay in the Disney hotel.

Nice place with great location

Perfect place for a small family. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our nephew and one adult (the full size bed was a great idea to have). The proximity to Disneyland is great, about 5 minutes by car. It is walking distance, but I would not recommend walking. After a day of walking around the Disneyland resort, that 2 mile walk could feel.like 20. We would definitely stay here again with family.

Convenient location, Cozy home

We stayed for 3 nights for a quick trip to Disneyland. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, etc. for everyone. The location was perfect for a Disney trip. It is about a half hour walk.

DISNEYLAND VACATION

House had a wear smell upon arrival., no extra pillows!! Disappointed.,bathrooms too small, no place to set up toiletries, shower in the master bedroom super tiny, we had to call the owner if we needed to adjust AC our bedroom was super hot at night very uncomfortable!! Garage was locked we had no access to it! Signage didn’t match with the house..(didn’t make sense) no hangers to hang our clothes and no dressers to unpacked our luggage.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.!!!

Great Location

If your going to Disneyland this house is an excellent location. They are not kidding you can watch the fireworks from the front yard and they look amazing. The bedrooms could use more storage like a dresser. The house was super clean. The neighborhood was older but nice. I would stay there again.

Clean and in the perfect location

Property was very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Property manager was a little slow to respond to questions and some blind slats were broken but the overall house was very nice and clean.

The house was clean and in good shape, the only negative is when it rained there was a water puddle 3-4 wide at the front door and there was no way to get out of the house without stepping in it.

Friends football and Disneyland reunion

The location of this property is great, very close and easy access to Disneyland. The pictures in the listing are misleading. The living room did not have the loveseat pictured under the window, which we were counting on because of the size of our group. The bedroom closets had no hangers, the bunk room and the master had no where to set a suitcase other than on the floor; there was a dresser in the queen room. There are no curtains on any of the windows (as pictured in the living room photo), just older plastic mini-blinds, some slats are broken. The house is older with no updated kitchen or bathrooms which are VERY small. The house was clean and comfortable, however we did some cooking and the kitchen is minimally equipped; the stove works great but the oven door is not air tight so the oven never settled on the desired temp. The lockbox is older also, and while we could open it easily, it was tricky getting the cover back on and locked. It's also located in an area where there is no lighting at night, so you'd need your flashlight to see the numbers, which are not clearly indicated. Also, the porch light was out, which left us in the dark when we arrived home at night. Sounds like a lot of complaining, but I'd say the property was adequate for our needs, and you can see the fireworks at Disneyland from the yard. Also, finally, the host was difficult to reach at times, which if there were any problems during your stay might be an issue.

Good Location

Clean, simple home with lots of space for the family. About a 30 minute walk to the Disney parks and Downtown Disney area. Easy drive to beaches, LA, and other areas of interest.

Sweet home

Good stay. Clean. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood (except at 9pm every night during the Disney fireworks! **Bonus**😊) Nothing fancy, beds were a bit cheap, but served our needs very well!

House was Fine but Owner Treated Us Like College Kids

Communications with the owner were odd. She seemed overly concerned about partying and noise and as a result wasn't as helpful as I would have expected. When we got there, we did not have access to the garage and the provided WIFI password was wrong. These are all minor things, but because the communication was problematic, they became bigger issues than they should have been.

Thank you for letting us stay. This is an older house. It worked for us. The toliet seemed to have trouble. The master bedroom bathroom toilet clogged a couple times. There was not a plunger. The master bed is pretty squeaky. Getting in and out wakes up your partner. Bring your own pillows. There are not enough pillows for every bed. (Unless you use the shams) The kitchen is very sparse on cooking items. We had an issue with the grill and looked to cook food in the oven. There are not any pans or dishes we could use to cook chicken. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring everything you need including salt and pepper. There is clothes washer soap, but just for towels, bring extra for you. The manager was very kind and did respond to fix our grill issue. She was great to work with my sister in law. Check in was easy, the area is good. I feel like it's far to walk coming home from Disney. We didn't have access to the garage, but two cars could fit in the driveway. No street parking. The contract wants everyone to be home by 10 pm. There is a big room and lots of yard in back. It's fun to be all together instead of a hotel.

Good Disney Stay

We chose this place because it was close to Disneyland. It was quite a walk to the park but our teens did make the walk home and it was fine. We were a bit disappointed with the kitchen. There weren’t any pantry basics or baggies or anything to pack snacks in. We had to purchase cooking spray and salt and pepper to make breakfast. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit wonky and my husband had to adjust the legs underneath it at least once in our three day stay. All in all it was a good house but lacking in some things.

Our Disney Vacay

We had an awesome 3 day stay at an amazing Property. Our children loved being so close to Disney and all the comforts of home, to include a beautiful Christmas Tree! Location, location, location was key to our stay, as we were able to leave and return to the parks with ease. We recommend this wonderful property to all visiting Disney, you won’t be disappointed.
