Disney xmas

Nice house with large living area for the family to enjoy Christmas morning. Close to Disney land and shopping. Family enjoyed the place.

Convenient location, Cozy home

We stayed for 3 nights for a quick trip to Disneyland. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, etc. for everyone. The location was perfect for a Disney trip. It is about a half hour walk.

Nice place with great location

Perfect place for a small family. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our nephew and one adult (the full size bed was a great idea to have). The proximity to Disneyland is great, about 5 minutes by car. It is walking distance, but I would not recommend walking. After a day of walking around the Disneyland resort, that 2 mile walk could feel.like 20. We would definitely stay here again with family.

Great location for Disney goers

Location wise it was perfect. Stayed for 3 days. Definitely can’t walk to Disney from the house. The house itself is pretty old and outdated. Master shower wasn’t clean and had a huge hole above the shower head. Bed comforters had stains. Spider problems but the owner had her pest control come out and spray the next day. Dishwasher and washing machine were extremely loud so don’t use that when you’re trying to sleep. Neighbors are super friendly but I think next time I’ll have my family stay in the Disney hotel.

Perfect place for a trip to Disneyland!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great size for 2 families with small kids. Beds are comfortable but noisy. Photos do not accurately reflect current furniture and kitchen is very bare bones supplies wise- I would not plan to make full meals in the kitchen. We were able to do simple breakfasts luckily there are lots of close restaurants for take out/delivery if desired. Close enough to walk to and from the park (about 30 minutes)but not close enough to do a midday break in my opinion. You can see the fireworks from the yard but also note it does sound like they are going off in your backyard. Luckily they only last about 15 minutes. Home is well maintained and spacious- I would stay here again if we were to come back to Disneyland.

Just ok, doesn't match pictures

This house was a disappointment. Overall it was ok, decently clean and served the purpose we needed it to. Myself and friends were staying there for a work event taking place at the conference center. We were able to take the bus there from a stop nearby the house, which was nice. The living room is airy and it was nice to walk into a backyard. However, the listing makes it look far nicer than the reality. The furniture is really beaten up, there are holes in the wall, a ton of rust in the bathrooms, etc. (I have pics - not sure why I can't attach them in the review). The washing machine doesn't work; you have to manually turn it through different parts of the cycle for it to finish, otherwise it just keeps your clothes in a vat of water for hours on end. The furniture in the pictures isn't even the same furniture that's in the rooms. The kitchen was barely stocked with supplies. We had no source of filtered water. Heck the walls aren't even the same color (in the pics one room has green striped walls - these are nowhere to be found?) They somehow took pictures that managed to hide all the wear and tear, but it is apparent the moment you walk in. So, if the expectations had been realistic and the price a bit cheaper, this would've been ok. But the listing was dishonest, and I really don't appreciate the discrepancy between advertisement and reality.

Our Disney Vacay

We had an awesome 3 day stay at an amazing Property. Our children loved being so close to Disney and all the comforts of home, to include a beautiful Christmas Tree! Location, location, location was key to our stay, as we were able to leave and return to the parks with ease. We recommend this wonderful property to all visiting Disney, you won’t be disappointed.

Spacious gathering areas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner was attentive. Property was clean. Big family & dining & backyd. It was nice to be able to spread out and do laundry. Quiet clean neighborhood. It’s about 1.6 miles to the gates for the parks. We bought tickets to ride the art bus, but the bus was late and kept getting later and later. So we walked and arrived to the park gates before the bus got to the stop. Probably good for midday commute, but not to make rope drop and it stops running 30m after the park closes. We ending up using Ubers to get back and forth. There is a garage for guest use. I had to request the code as there isn’t an entrance from inside the house. Big comfortable couch! New washing machine. Good ac.

Clean and in the perfect location

Property was very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Property manager was a little slow to respond to questions and some blind slats were broken but the overall house was very nice and clean.

Great Location

If your going to Disneyland this house is an excellent location. They are not kidding you can watch the fireworks from the front yard and they look amazing. The bedrooms could use more storage like a dresser. The house was super clean. The neighborhood was older but nice. I would stay there again.

First thing we saw when we opened the door was **** roaches

The area was quiet and felt safe.The actual house could do with an update and some of the amenities were lacking such as there were only 2 coffee mugs in the house, so we had to buy some on our first full day.When we arrived the wifi password wouldn't work, we had to call the owner who tried to help us but in the end we realised there were several letters in the pass word code that were incorrectOverall we enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

Great stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay, the house was perfect for two families! We loved having a yard for the kids to play in. We found a great short cut to the park. Made it a 10 min walk. Cross flore and ball and go to the employee parking lot. Go to the second floor of the parking garage, go back down and you will be at the tram! So awesome. The only negatives were the lack of pillows, the beds need more fluffy pillows! We loved having a kitchen to make breakfast every morning before the park and pack our lunches to bring with us! Would for sure stay again.

DISNEYLAND VACATION

House had a wear smell upon arrival., no extra pillows!! Disappointed.,bathrooms too small, no place to set up toiletries, shower in the master bedroom super tiny, we had to call the owner if we needed to adjust AC our bedroom was super hot at night very uncomfortable!! Garage was locked we had no access to it! Signage didn’t match with the house..(didn’t make sense) no hangers to hang our clothes and no dressers to unpacked our luggage.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.!!!

ok but deceptive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you walk in you are not expecting a house from the 1960's. The kitchen is stocked but it takes a minute to find things. Overall it was good but the bathrooms are so tiny you can hardly fit a person in there. And when it says walk to Disneyland, you really can't. The open room for the living room was the nicest part. There is no place to set your suitcase except on the floor of the Masterbedroom and the three bedrooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures. If you are going to spend very little time there, and want to pay to park at Disneyland, this is OK. If you want to do all your meals and have the ability to come and go from the park, this is not the best option.

Spacious home - 30ish min walk to Disneyland

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a nice stay - the kids loved the bunk beds, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room, cozy couch, large dining table, fenced in backyard, and the nightly fireworks. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with tools and the responsiveness of the property manager for any questions. Heads up - the curtains have all been taken down so there are only blinds in the rooms and they become very bright in the morning. The walk to the Disneyland gates is closer to 35 minutes - nice and flat sidewalks. The nightly fireworks are loud, but the AC is also loud and it surprisingly drowns out the firework sounds from the rooms, so we’d just turn it on soon before the show started and our kids wouldn’t wake up.There wasn’t a game room as advertised, and the backyard no longer has the shaded pergola. The guest bathroom faucet needs to be replaced as its water flow is more of a spray, and the master bedroom sheets are a bit rough. The house was clean and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I think with a few small updates we’d be back. We made wonderful memories here
