「Nicole and her staff were very accommodating and so welcoming. We were in the area for a Wedding and Nicole even suggested a member of her staff drive us to and from the Wedding venue . The Rooms were divine , comfortable , cool (it was a very hot weekend) and everything you need for a couple nights stay in this beautiful area of the Hunter Valley. Highly Recommend 」

「We really appreciated having space for our family. The layout - a queen and single in one room, and two singles in the other, worked well for our small children. Even though it was motel style, there was room for a table and chairs for dinner, and space for the kids to play. Parking outside the room was perfect. A good location, with Heatherbrae Pies across the road an easy breakfast spot.」

「We’ve stayed at Spicers Guesthouse several times, and it has become a favourite for accommodation in Pokolbin. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and well appointed.」

「This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. This definitely THE place to stay in Morpeth.」
